How Does NDD Work?

When your information is submitted, it is checked against the database of millions of debts. 

 

Here is what to expect when your information is submitted thru NDD:

1. You will receive a notification text that we are searching our internal database. 

2. If there is a match, you will receive the information on how to contact the agency that has your debt. 

3. If there is NOT a match,  you will be notified there is not a match.  Your information will NOT be stored unless you specifically opted in to receive an update. 

4. Your information will NEVER be sold or given to anyone.  

 

 

NDD can only assist with providing you the information for the agency that owns your debt.  Any payments, disputes or questions pertaining to your debt must be directed to the agency.

 

The information you will need to provide in order to receive a response from the database is as follows:

1. First Name

2. Last Name

3. Birth Year (month and date are not needed)

4. Last 4 of your SSN

5. Email address where you would like to receive the results from the database search (you will not be contacted unless you select to be contacted by the agency owning your debt) 

6.  Best Contact Phone Number

NDD does not store the information you submit: it is only used to search the database and return a result to you unless you  authorize to be contacted. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us.  Please keep in mind that if you are submitting your information under the direction of advice on counsel with the intention of legal ramifications in absolutely not permitted.
